40 gm soyabean

50 gm wheat flour

10 gm butter

black pepper, salt to taste

onion , tomato small size

cumin powder, coriander powder

Method

Step 1

take wheat flour add pinch of salt knead as dough

Step 2

boil and grind the Soya

Step 3

heat the pan , add gm of butter ,add finely chopped onion and tomato, Soya , cook for - minutes , add salt and black pepper , cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala as per your taste, freshly cut coriander leaves, prepare soya kheema

Step 4

roll the small dough and partially cook the roti, add the filling roll it , and roast it on the pan

Step 5
