1. FITTR Hart

  • All HART Rings sold by FITTR Care are covered by a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty, effective from the original date of purchase. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to FITTR if a defect arises during the warranty period.
  • All HART Rings sold by FITTR Care are covered by a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty, effective from the original date of purchase.

    It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods.

    Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to FITTR if a defect arises during the warranty period.

    To claim Warranty, please read these Warranty Terms carefully. To claim Warranty, please initiate a Warranty Claim request on the website from the [“Contact Us”]() page or write an email to support@fittr.care. After requesting a Warranty Claim, place the product securely in its original packaging, and wait for the item to be picked up.

    In the event a defective product is approved for replacement under this warranty, FITTR at its sole discretion will:

  • Repair the product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or
  • Exchange the product with a product of equivalent functionality formed from new and or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or with your consent, a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the product it replaces, or
  • Refund the original purchase price.
  • Warranty Continuation for Replaced HART Ring

    In the event a defective HART Ring is approved for replacement under this warranty, please note:

  • The replacement unit will not carry a fresh or extended warranty.
  • The original warranty period will remain unchanged and will continue to run from the original date of purchase.
  • Replacement of the HART Ring does not reset, extend, or renew the warranty term in any way.
  • Exclusion: However this warranty excludes - normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries (unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship), damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorised repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

    REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS RELOCATED OUTSIDE INDIA

    If you purchased the HART Ring within India and have since relocated or are currently residing abroad, you may request a replacement in the event of a verified product defect. The following process will apply:

  • International Return and Replacement Process:
  • Return Shipment Responsibility You are responsible for shipping the defective HART Ring to FITTR Care’s designated facility in India. All associated international shipping, handling, and customs clearance costs must be borne by you.
  • Replacement Shipping Charges Once the returned product is received and inspected for eligibility, FITTR Care will dispatch the replacement ring to your current international address. A flat international shipping charge of INR 6000 will apply and must be paid in advance.
  • Alternative Return via Indian Address:
  • If you are able to return the faulty ring via a contact or address located within India, FITTR Care can facilitate reverse pickup from that domestic address at no additional cost. However, international shipping charges of INR 6,000 will still apply for dispatching the replacement ring outside India.
  • UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT & COMPLAINT WINDOW

    To ensure fair evaluation and prompt resolution of any product-related issues, FITTR Care has instituted the following requirements for claims involving damaged, broken, or missing items:

    Mandatory Unboxing Video

    Customers must provide a clear unboxing video that:

    a) Captures the package being opened in a single, uninterrupted shot,
    b) Clearly shows the product’s condition upon opening, and
    c) Highlights the issue being reported (e.g., damage, missing item).

    48-Hour Complaint Window

    All complaints regarding such issues must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

    Complaints raised after 48 hours or without the required unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

    This policy is designed to uphold service quality and prevent misuse, while ensuring genuine claims are processed quickly and fairly.

    This policy applies only to damage, breakage, or missing items. It does not override the 14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy, which allows returns for any reason subject to eligibility under that section.

    Cross-Border Compliance and Duties

    You are solely responsible for ensuring that the FITTR Hart Ring (the “Product”) complies with all applicable laws, import regulations, and product usage restrictions in your country or region. Before placing an order, we strongly advise you to consult with your local customs office, regulatory body, or legal advisor to confirm that the Product may be lawfully imported and used in your jurisdiction.

    The Product is manufactured and sold in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulatory standards. FITTR Lifecare Private Limited disclaims all liability for non-compliance with local laws, import restrictions, or device approval requirements outside India. We make no representation that the Product or associated services are appropriate or legally permitted for use in locations outside of India.

    14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund and Replacement Policy (India Only)

    FITTR Care offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund or replacement policy exclusively for HART Rings delivered within India. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a request for a full refund or replacement within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without the need to provide a reason.

    Refund Process & Timelines:

  • All refunds are processed/credited through the payment partner within 72 hours of receiving the request from the client.
  • Once initiated, the payment partner typically process/credit the refund into the source account within 5 to 7 business days from initiation. An email for the same is sent to the client from the payment partner.
  • All refund requests must be communicated by the client in writing (through mail). Verbal confirmations are not considered.
  • Eligibility and Conditions:

    This policy applies only to orders delivered within the territory of India.

    Requests must be raised, processed, and fulfilled entirely within India. If you have moved outside India or request processing from an international location, this policy will not apply.

    The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation originally provided.

    Refunds or replacements requested under this policy must adhere to the Return and Exchange Procedures separately outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

    This policy does not require a specific reason or condition (e.g., damage or defect). However, if your claim relates to a damaged, broken, or missing item, the Unboxing Video Policy and 48-Hour Complaint Window will also apply.

    Exclusions:

    This policy is not applicable to international orders or to clients who request returns from outside India, even if the product was originally delivered within India.

    FITTR Care reserves the right to reject any refund or replacement request that does not meet the conditions stated herein or is inconsistent with the outlined return process.
