1. Eligibility for Refunds (30-Day Window)

1.1 Only the 6-Week, 12-Week, and 24-Week Coaching Packages or Plans are eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of purchase.

1.2 The 30-day refund facility is a one-time benefit per user. If a user has previously availed a 30-day refund and later purchases another package, such subsequent purchases will not be eligible for any refund, even if requested within the 30-day window.

2. Non-Refundable, Non-Exchangeable, and Non-Transferable Packages

2.1 The Sports Nutrition Package, General Well-Being Family Package, Pre-Wedding Makeover Package, Contest Prep / Pre-Photo Shoot Packages, and all 52-Week Packages/Plans are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

2.2 All Personal Training Packages, including but not limited to Strength and Conditioning, Yoga, Zumba, Calisthenics, Strength and Yoga, Injury Rehab, FITTR Kids, Comprehensive Plan, Pre & Post Natal Training, and Mental Wellbeing, are also non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

3. Coach Change Option

3.1 If you are not satisfied with the coaching services provided, you may request a coach change within the same tier as your enrolled coach or a refund (if eligible) by raising a support ticket or emailing support@fittr.com.

3.2 Approval of a coach change is subject to availability and will be determined at the sole discretion of SFPL.

4. Refund Deductions

4.1 For 12-Week and 24-Week Transformation Packages, a deduction of ₹500 / US $8 will apply.

4.2 For 12-Week and 24-Week Couple Packages, a deduction of ₹1,000 / US $16 will apply.

4.3 Any costs associated with complimentary benefits such as health checkups, insurance, or other free services availed by the user will be deducted from the refundable amount. Additionally, any FitCoins redeemed during the transaction will also be deducted.
