Ingredients

Wheat pasta :70gms

Mixed veggies of your choice : 300gms

Cheese :25gms

Oil:3gms

Cumin seeds:1/2 tsp

Tomato puree: 20gms ( i have used concentranted tomatopuree , you can use as per your choice )

Onions :50gms

Paneer :50gms

Garlic cloves : 5-6 cloves

Method

Step 1

Pré préparation : . Boil pasta in hot water with some salt and few drops of oil . Once pasta is half boiled drain water and keep aside STEPS: . Heat pan . Add oil . Add cumin seeds . Add onions and garlic . Fry well , add salt and saute till onions are translucent . Add mixed vegetables and saute well . Once veggies are soft add tomato puree . Saute well fry for mins . Now add boiled pasta and cook well . Add some cheese on top and serve OR serve into a bowl and add cheese on top of hot pasta enjoy your red cheese pasta
