200 gm peeled, de veined prawn meat
1/2 thick bunch of fresh Coriander leaves
Garlic cloves crushed (we have added 2 you can add more if required as per your macros)
2 green chillies
Salt as per taste
Ground black pepper as per taste

Add Coriander, garlic Chilli, salt and tsp oil into blender
Blend until the mixture is consistency of paste and smooth texture Tip: Add some water if the mixture is difficult to blend
Transfer the
Cook masala mixture until the oil separate from masala
Add Prawns in a stir fry on high heat for minutes - Please do not overcook your Prawns as they will become rubbery in texture
Serve with hot Naan or rice
