Powdered soya (can use soya chunks or granules to make the powder) 20g
Rava 5g
Ghee 5g
Optional - dry fruits to garnish, 2-3 spoons of milk if needed
Stevia as per taste (I used 3 drops for the quantity specified)
Put ghee in a cooking pan and add soya+rava to it after min.
Roast the soya powder and rava for - min on medium flame. Add double amount of water with respect to soya + rava mixture quantity.
When the mixture is about to get cooked, add a pinch of cardamom powder. Small amount of milk can be added (optional). After the desired consistency is achieved turn off the flame.
Add stevia, sugarfree as per taste. Sugar can also be added while cooking as per choice and liking.
Garnish with grated dryfruits (Optional).
