Chicken breast- 100 grm
Quinoa - 30 grm
Vegetable - 100 grm
Coconut oil- 8 grm
Onion - 30 grm
Garlic pod - 6 minced

Pour the coconut oil on the pan, add onion and garlic to it. After they turn a little brown add chicken with salt and close the lid. After chicken gets boiled a little put all the vegetables of your choice into the mixture and place the lid again. After some time when the vegetables will start leaving the water add quinoa. I had boiled the quinoa separately before so that it won't take much time to get cooked and also it doesn't need additional water and the vegetables retain its original taste. Now after the quinoa gets cooked pour the whole egg on it and mix it up with all. The secret ingredients i included in the end is kitchen king and little black pepper.
