Whey -1 scoop ( vanilla/ mango flavoured)
Dragon fruit-50g
Mango -100 g
Wash the sago – times. Soak in enough water for – minutes.
Cook for – minutes, stirring occasionally. When the pearls turn mostly transparent with just a tiny white dot in the center, they’re done., cool down
Mix together whey + g mango + water to make a good slurry ( not too watery)
Assemble In a glass, add cooked sago. Add mango pieces or mango puree. dragon fruit balls. Pour in the whey-milk mixture. Add ice if desired or refrigerate Stir and serve chilled.
