Chicken - 150 gms
Onion - 30 gms
Garam masala - 1 TSP
Salt - As required
Chilli powder - 1/2 TSP
Oil - 10 gm
Capsicum - 70 gms
Heat oil in a pan
Add chopped onions and fry until it turns golden color
Add Garam masala powder and chilli powder and mix it well
Add washed chicken and mix well . Make sure the masala is well coated in the chicken
After - Minutes, add chopped capsicum and mix well
Add Cup of water and adjust salt
Close and cook for minutes , Stir occasionally
Chicken curry is ready, You can slimmer and keep for few more minutes if you want it as a thick gravy.
