) Soak soya chunks in water for - hours or in hot water for - mins ) Squeeze excess water from the soya chunks and put it in the mixer or grinder ) Add green chillies, - garlic cloves, little corinder, and ginger in the mixer or grinder with the soya chunks ) Grind soya chunks and the mixture in a coarsely ) Take the mixture in a mixing bowl added the finely chopped onions ) Add the besan in the mixture ( This may vary based on the how much dry or wet your mixture is and well the mixture is binding together) ) Added salt and other masalas based on your taste and mix it properly ) Make cutlet of the mixture ) Take a pan and add ghee/butter/oil and put the cutlet for frying ) Serve it with chapati or naan or roti and a green chutney on the side Notes: ) You can also use boiled potato for binding instead of besan by fitting it in your macros ) You can also deep fry it.
