200g - Soya Chunks (Any Brand)

15g - Ghee/Oil

1 sachet - Masala Ae Magic

Method

Step 1

Take a Kadai and put g Ghee/Oil. Keep on low flame and let it heat. . Put g of Soya Chunks in it. Keep shuffling until all of them mix with Ghee/Oil. . Roast them and wait until they turn dark and brown. . Around completion, put the entire Maggi-Ae-Masala sachet. Shuffle them and because of the heat and ghee, masala will stick to it. Let it cool and empty it in a jar. Carry, preserve, consume. Will serve all your needs.
