Chicken breast (150 gm) , Curd, Turmeric, Chilli powder , Salt , Masala of your choice (I used Biryani masala)
Marinate chicken with curd, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and biryani masala for mins.
Add the marinated chicken to a non-stick pan, cover, and cook on low flame.
Let the chicken cook in its own juices until soft, juicy, and fully cooked. Serve hot and enjoy.
