100g curd • 50g grated beetroot • 1 tsp sabza seeds (soaked in water) • Mixed herbs as per taste • Black salt to taste • Optional: light tadka for extra flavor
Method: ️⃣ Soak sabza seeds in water for – mins until they swell. ️⃣ In a bowl, add curd + grated beetroot. ️⃣ Add soaked sabza seeds. ️⃣ Season with mixed herbs & black salt. ️⃣ Mix well and chill before serving. ️⃣ Optional: add a light tadka if you enjoy extra flavor.
