1kg Nenua (Turai/ Ridge Gourd)

65g Raw Black Chana (jo phool kar 130g ho gaya)

15g Mustard Oil (Sarson ka tel)

10g Mustard Oil (Sarson ka tel - 2 tsp)

Namak, Haldi, Jeera, aur basic masale swaad anusaar.

Method

Step 1

kg Nenua aur medium pyaz ko chheel kar chote tukdo mein kaat lein.

Step 2

Kadhai mein chhoti chammach (g) sarson ka tel garam karein aur jeera chatkayein.

Step 3

Kate hue pyaz daal kar thoda naram hone tak bhoone.

Step 4

Ab g bheege hue kale chane (g raw) aur kata hua nenua kadhai mein daal dein.

Step 5

Swaad anusaar namak, haldi aur apne basic masale daal kar achhe se mix karein.

Step 6

Kadhai ko dhak dein aur - minute dheemi aanch par pakayein, jab tak chane gal na jayein aur nenua ka paani sookh na jaye. (Nenua apna paani khud chhodta hai, isliye upar se alag paani dalne ki zaroorat nahi).
