Bottle gourd-100 g
Ghee - 5 g
Milk - 50 ml
Whey - 1 scoop ( vanilla / masala milk flavour)
Stevia/ erythritol- optional
Almonds-2-3 ( optional)
Cardamom powder- one pinch
Grate bottle gourd , in long shreds
Brush g ghee to a nonstick pan and heat it on a slow flame
Add grated bottle gourd ,stir it continuesly
Add ml milk , and cook till it is soft , let it cool
Mix scoop of whey in water, and add it to bottle gourd Do not add whey directly to hot mixture as it may curdle
Sprinkle some chopped dry fruits , cardamom powder ,adjust sweetness with stevia or erythritol
Refrigerate it if you like ,enjoyyyy!!!
