take half cup of water in a pan
add all the veggies and let then cook for min, with closed lid
add pink salt and black pepper
you can also saute them in little ghee with onions for better taste
finally serve with coriander leaves, flax seeds, sesame seeds and chia seeds
you can eat this salad along with plain oats cooked for only min, in water and pinch of salt
i also had homemade imli chatni handi so i used it for taste
