Ingredients

toor dal (as per your daily diet plan)70gm

soya chunks ( as per your daily diet plan)50gm

Onion

green chilli

carrot

potato( reduced from my rice measure and used this)

Ginger garlic

imli

Tomato

capsicum or other veggies as per your veggies allocation

Method

Step 1

boil toor dal, soya, potato, carrot, tomato together. I did whistles

Step 2

pour oil as per daily measure mine was gm

Step 3

add mustard seeds, curry leaves,hing

Step 4

add onion, green chilli cook till brown

Step 5

add capsicum or other veggies

Step 6

add masalas as needed. i did not use sambar masala from market. I used home based masalas

Step 7

mix the cooker ready mixture with the seasoning prepared

Step 8

add imli pulp as per taste and add coriander leaves
