3 wheat bread 1/2 small onion 2-3 pcs garlic 1 inch ginger 4-5 mint leaves 200gram chicken breast 1/2 tomato 1 slice cheese 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon turmeric(optional) 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 teasppon butter 1 green chilli, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
Grind gram chicken into fine paste. Salute onion , ginger and garlic in / teaspoon butter till it turns light brown. Once its cool down this mixture along with mint leaves, pepper, turmeric , chillies, salt and chilly falkes and wheat bread gring it into paste. Mix this paste and chicken paste well and keep aside for min. In a pan add teaspoon of butter and make the patty in round shape and pan fry. Now assemble the burger, first bread followed by cheese, then slice tomato, lettuce , patty, again lettuce and bread. Tasty chicken burger is all ready. you can make patty with this recipe.
