Oats flour:30gms

Salt as oer taste

Baking soda :1/4 tsp

Step 1

Steps: . Mix ragi flour, oats flour , salt and baking soda . Beat well/ whisk well until no lumps left . Pour it in to idli maker . Steam it for mins max . Serve with any side side dish, sambar, chutney of your choice
