Ingredients

50 gms rolled oats: 360 calories

Two tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened: 24 calories

One tablespoon honey or maple syrup or 1 spoon of stevia: stevia has no calories so I have used stevia

One scoop of chocolate whey: 120 calories

One table spoon nut butter (peanut butter, almond butter, or any nut butter of your choice): 98 calories

One spoon baking soda: No calories

Optional add-ins: Chopped nuts, dried fruit, or chocolate chips

Method

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to °C (°F).

Step 2

Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, nut butter, and honey/maple syrup. Mix until well combined. If you're using any optional add-ins, mix them in at this stage.

Step 3

Form the balls: Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands. Place the balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 4

Air fry: Place the plate or baking sheet into the air fryer. Cook for about - minutes, or until the balls are firm and slightly crispy on the outside. Make sure to check on them halfway through and turn them for even cooking.

Step 5

Cool and store: Allow the balls to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container. They can be kept in the fridge for up to a week.
