Cable One Arm Upright Row

Preparation

The Cable One Arm Upright Row primarily works the traps and the deltoids. Stand beside the pulley machine with your feet shoulder width apart. Grab the stirrup on a low pulley in one hand using an overhand grip. Place the other hand behind your lower back for support.

Method

Step 1

Now, exhale and pull the cable up towards your shoulder by bending the arm and pointing the elbow to the side

Step 2

Hold for a second

Step 3

Inhale and bring the cable down to the starting position by extending the arm

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
