Preparation

Face Pulls target the posterior deltoids of the shoulder. Stand with feet shoulder width apart. The pulley should be just below chest height, Hold the cable in both hand.

Method

Step 1

Now, inhale and pull the cable below your face

Step 2

Pause for a second

Step 3

Exhale and extend your arms to the starting position

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
