Whey protein - vanilla flavor- 2 scoops (59gms)
Wheat flour - 35 gms
Egg - 1 whole egg
Banana- 1 large banana (136 gms)
Yoghurt/buttermilk - 1 spoon of full fat yoghurt mixed with very little water to make thick buttermilk
Vanilla essence - 2 drops
Add all the ingredients to a mixer jar and blend well to thick homogeneous mixture. . Place the stove flame on medium and Pour a ladle full of the above batter on a hot non-stick tawa and cover the pancake with a lid. . Cook for seconds and remove the lid. . Small bubbles should be noticed. Now flip the pancake and cover and cook for another - seconds. . Delicious whey pancakes are ready. Serve hot and enjoy. 💪🏻 I got pancakes with the above measurements of ingredients.
