Burger buns 56g

Tomato 30g

Cucumber 20g

Veggies 50g

Cheese slice 1

Paneer 50g

Schezwan chutney 0.5 tsp

BBQ Mayo 10g

Peri peri seasoning

Salt

Lettuce 15g

psyllium husk

Method

Step 1

Grate/mash all the veggies(I used cabbage,beans,carrot,peas) Add psyllium husk,salt,peri peri seasoning and mix well Make a patty & air fry

Step 2

Tawa roast paneer slice

Step 3

Take burger bun Apply schezwan chutney on one slice & BBQ Mayo on other Arrange cucumber slice on one slice,place veggies patty,nxt arrange tomato slices then paneer slice

Step 4

Sprinkle peri peri seasoning & layer with lettuce

Step 5

Another layer of cucumber and then place cheese slice & cover with other slice of bun Press gentle and then grill for mins

Step 6

U can enjoy without grilling as well if u want crunchy veggies
