soya chunks 30g rice 40g green veggies 150g oil 20g pav bhaji masala 2 tbsp salt to taste lime juice
Boil soya chunks, sqeeze all the water after boiling. . Crush soya chunks in a grinder . Add pav bhaji masala, salt, red chilli powder and haldi to chunks and keep it aside. . In the oil, add tbsp chopped garlic and saute it till it changes it colour. . Now add chopped veggies of ur choice ( i used red bell pepper, onion and cabbage) followed by soya chunks and cook them for - min. . Add cooked rice to it . Add salt, haldi and pav bhaji masala . Add lemon juice. And there it is ready to eat. Easy and fulfilling.
