Rice cooked :40gms

Vegetables of ur choice :200gm

Paneer : 50gms(optional)

Olive oil: As per your macro

Cumin seeds

Soya sauce

Schezwan sauce( if possible use homemade, you can get recepie online)

Salt as per taste

Green chillies : if you like

Method

Step 1

Cook rice and keep it aside Add oil in pan and wait till oil is heated

Step 2

Add cumin seeds and wait till they splutter

Step 3

Add green chillies (optional).

Step 4

Add vegetables of your choice Add salt Saute till they are soft Now add soya sauce Add schezwan sauce and saute for mins Add cooked rice to the vegetables and saute for another mins If you choose to add paneer add now (you can also add while sauting vegetables,but you may break paneer in to pieces) Allow to cook on low flame for mins Mix once again and serve hot
