cheese 75g

wheat flour 5g

milk 50ml

butter 5g

vegetables- mixed (boiled/ sauted)

herbs/ seasoning- oregano, basil, thyme, chilli flakes, garlic

Method

Step 1

saute / boil Vegetables of your choice I added cauliflower, beans, carrot, peas, corn - boiled; onion and capsicum sauted in a pan add g butter add finely chopped garlic add g wheat flour and saute add ml milk and stir to avoid lumps add g of grated cheese, let it melt add all the herbs and seasoning. add the cooked vegetables and mix well adjust salt as per taste serve hot!
