Tofu - 250 gm
Rice - 60 gm
Oil - 10 gm
Veggies - 200 gm
Soya sauce
Schezwan Sauce
Vinegar
Corn flour
Ketchup
Ginger
Garlic
Place the tofu in water for a few minutes.
Remove from water, place it on a kitchen towel and squeeze to remove a little water.
Cut them in cubes.
Marinade the Tofu in Salt, Ginger Garlic paste Chilli powder (Or any spice) and corn starch.
Heat pan with a little oil and fry the Tofu.
Chop veggies...I've used spring onions,carrots, capsicum.
Stir fry veggies with ginger garlic and add the sauces.
Once almost cooked add the fried Tofu and let it cook together of a min.
Add the rice and stir till everything mixes well.
