soya chunks 50 g

Ghee/Butter/ oil 10 g

Green peas 50 g

veggies 100 g (Any)

green moong (sprouts) 30 g

Method

Step 1

) Soak green moong over night or for at least hrs .

Step 2

) Boil soak chunks and squeeze all the water out .

Step 3

) Take a pan Add oil, all the veggies , green peas & spouts. let it cook for - mins

Step 4

) Add soya chunks & some masala as per taste . let it cook for another minutes

Step 5

) your high protein tasty soya chunks sprouts is ready !!!
