Okra / lady finger / bhindi 200 grams
Bengal gram Fluor/Besan 50 grams
Curd / dahi 50 grams
Amchoor powder 10 grams
Mustard oil 10 grams
Carom seeds / ajwain 5 g
Salt and red chilli powder as per taste
Dry roast besan on a pan till fragrant (- minutes)
Take it out in a bowl and mix curd , Caron seeds , amchoor powder , salt and pepper and mix well
Put slit on one side of bhindi and scoop out the pulp , chop . Mix the pulp in curd besan mixture
Marinade bhindi with lime juice , salt and pepper
Now stuff with filling prepared and roast well in frying pan
