Spinach 500 gm Beans 250gm Carrot 100gm Peas 100 gm Small onion 3 to 4 garlic cloves
Ghee 10gm
Salt Garam masala Black pepper Cumin seeds
Rice 60gm
Blanch the spinach and cool it down with cold water . Then blend it in a mixer and make a fine paste .
Take pan and add ghee to it . After that add cumin seeds and chopped garlic cloves .
After min add chopped onion and cook it till it changes its colour.
Add chopped beans and carrot and peas.Cook it for min .
Then add the spinach paste and mix it with the veggies.
Then add salt , black pepper and garam masala and cup water .
Let it cook for min and it’s ready.
Boil some water in a pan and add rice . Let it cook till the rice is cooked. Then stain the rice out of water .
