Capsicum 100g
Onion 100g
Oil 10g
Soy sauce 10ml
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
Salt
Ginger garlic paste
Heat oil in a pan.Add onion and sauté for min
Add capsicum and again sauté for min
Add diced Chicken breast and salt as per taste
Cook at med flame with lid on for -min
Add sauces and mix well
Add / cup water and cook at high flame for -min.
Check consistency of gravy & adjust accordingly
It’s is ready to serve Have it with rice or as snack
Taste best if overnight marination in sauces is done
