Ingredients

Eggs 4

Potatoes 100 grams raw and sliced round thin

Onion 100 grams sliced round and thin

Tomatoes 100 grams sliced round thin

Olive oil 30 grams

Salt and pepper

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non stick or cast iron omelette pan

Step 2

Fry potatoes keeping each slice separate from other for minutes each sides till /th done on medium flame . Sprinkle salt and pepper and take it out in a plate

Step 3

In the same pan arrange sliced onions and sprinkle some salt and pepper. Meanwhile break eggs and add salt and pepper, whisk well for minute

Step 4

Now divide the egg mixture in two halves and pour one half over the onions carefully and cook for minute

Step 5

Now arrange the tomatoes over the omelette and pour the remaining half over it

Step 6

Arrange the potatoes on top layer and cook for more minute covered
