Tofu = 70 gms
Soya Milk = 250 ml
Soya granules = 20 gms
Water = 200 ml
Erythritol /Stevia = 1-2 Teaspoon
Vanilla Essence = 0.5 Teaspoon
Salt = 1 Pinch
Add all the ingredients in the mixer and blend it till we get a fine paste
Transfer to a vessel and heat it for - mins on medium flame. Add more water as per your preference
Cool the mixture and freeze for mins
If you want a non-flaky texture then blend the mixture again followed by freezing it. Soya Rabdi is ready!
