Method

Step 1

Take a pan pour gm of olive oil add the soya chunks coat them in olive oil and then turn on the heat and roast then till color changes. Turn the heat off and let it cool...

Step 2

Take onion finely chopped them, take tomato deseed and finely chopped them and put them in a bowl.. Add oranges, chopped chili, chili flakes oregano and soya and toss it together in the bowl then add salt if required.

Put it in a bowl or a cocktail glass drizzle homemade tomato chili and grate cheese from top...
