Soya chunks - 50g
Potato - 100g
Curd - 150g
Papad - 1 small
Onion - half small, minced
Tomato - half small, minced
Cucumber - equal amount as of tomato and onion, minced
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Salt, chilli powder and chat masala
Ghee/butter/oil - 5g
Boil soya chunks, or soak them in hot water for mins and then squeeze the water out of it.
Peel and Boil the Potato. Then cut it into small pieces.
Saute the soya chunks in g of oil in a non stick pan. Keep aside.
Roast a papad, break into small pieces and keep aside.
Whisk the curd for smooth consistency and keep aside.
In a plate /bowl, add soya chunks. Top it with Potato pieces. Pour the whisked curd evenly. Add tomato, cucumber and onion.
Sprinkle salt, chat masala and chilli powder evenly.
Top it with papad pieces and serve.
