Ingredients

Soya chunks - 50gm

Greek yogurt- 100gm

Cocoa powder - 5gm

Coconut oil - 5gm

Zero calorie sweetener- as per the taste

Almonds - 2gm

Chocolate chips - 5gm

Method

Step 1

Add oil to the pan, heat it slightly, then add soya chunks and sauté it until it turns crisp. Keep rolling so that it doesn’t get burned.

Step 2

Let the chunks cool down, afterwards grind it in the mixture to get the crumbles. Pulse it once or twice not more.

Step 3

In a bowl, add yogurt, sweetener and cocoa powder and mix it well.

Step 4

In a plate or mould, make the layer of crumbles, top it with yogurt mix and finally, decorate it with chocolate chips and almond slits. Refrigerate for hour and serve chill😋
