Raw rice 50 grams
Bell pepper 1 medium size
Tomato 1
Onion 1/2
Green chili 1
Sambar masala 1 tbsp
Salt
Turmeric
Lemon 1/2 (juice)
Coriander leafs chopped
Cook rice and keep it a side
Take a bowl add all the chopped vegetables, salt, turmeric,Sambar masala, ghee and mix well
Take a hot pan and add the vegetables mixture to the pan and sauté for few minutes until all the vegetables get cooked and becomes soft
Now add cooked rice into the vegetables mix and sauté it until everything grain of rice mix with vegetables Sambar masala
Now switch off the flame and add lemon juice and coriander leafs and serve hot
