3 eggs
20 grams cheese shredded ( optional)
5 grams olive oil ( for greasing)
20 grams milk
Chopped onions and bell peppers 30 grams
Salt pepper and seasoning as per taste
In a bowl , add chopped veggies, salt pepper and seasoning.
Mix everything well and beat eggs in it . Whisk everything together nicely.
Add milk and whisk again
Now grease a microwave safe dish or bowl with grams of olive oil
Pour the mixture in the greased dish and cover with a lid or microwave safe plate
Sprinkle some cheese on top and microwave for - minutes
Let it cool down in microwave for a minute
Scrape from sides and transfer the eggs in your plate or you can consume directly
