Raw Pumpkin 100gm

Ghee 5gm

Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Cut pumpkin chips in desire shape

Step 2

Apply salt on pumpkin chips

Step 3

Heat non stick pan or any tawa and put pumpkin chips on hot pan apply some ghee and allow them to cook from both side

Step 4

Keep flipping after minute for even cooking

Step 5

It took me minutes from cutting to finish cooking them.
