Ingredients

100 g Greens

50 g white onions

10 g chopped ginger garlic

1 tsp Soy Sauce

100 g Prawns

10 g Roasted Peanuts

50 g Rice Noodles

10 g Oil

Salt Pepper for taste

Method

Step 1

Keep a sauce pan with water for boiling. Once the water reaches boiling point add in the noodles and boil for mins or till done. Rinse in cold water and keep aside.

Step 2

In the meantime in a pan add the oil along with onions ginger garlic and saute till soft. Now add in the greens and prawns saute till all the water from prawns evaporates approx - mins. Add in soy sauce and give a mix.

Step 3

Add the boiled noodles from step to the above mixture give a good mix add in nuts salt and pepper adjust to taste. Serve and Enjoy.
