Ingredients

Pomfret : 300gm

Olive oil : 15gm

Chopped garlic

Chopped onions

Green chillies

Turmeric powder

Red chilli powder

Water

Salt

Method

Step 1

Add some oil in the nonstick frying pan

Step 2

Fry the pomfret pieces and keep it aside

Step 3

Again add some oil in the nonstick frying pan

Step 4

Add chopped garlic and onions

Step 5

Cook for sometime

Step 6

Add green chillies, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt

Step 7

Cook for some minutes

Step 8

Add the fried pomfret pieces

Step 9

Add some water

Step 10

Cook for sometime till the water is mostly dried out

Step 11

And it is ready

Note :: The amount of onions and garlic as well as spiciness depends on your choice
