Banana : 120 gms
Oats powdered :30gms
All purpose flour :10gms
Oil:3gms
Almond flakes for topping: 2gms
Raisins:3gms: for topping
Baking powder: 1/4 tsp
Milk: 2tsp( i have used soya milk)
Vanilla essence: optional: i have not used here , but you can add within macros
Stevia as per taste
STEPS: . Mash banana and keep it aside . Add all the dry ingredients first and mix well . Now add oil,milk and whisk well . Now add mashed banana and whisk well without any lumps . Take silicone muffin cases coat some oil/ ghee within your macros using brush . Pour the muffin cases with half filled , as they bake will increase in size, top it with some raisins and almond flakes . Bake it as per your setting in oven or air fry it with degrees for mins first , if it still needs some more baking time ,bake it for another - mins, please keep checking in-between so that you dont burn it NOTE: This quantity makes up-to muffins
