Ingredients

Rice 20gm

Mix Dal 20gm

Green Vegetables 100gm

Chicken skinless and boneless 200gm

Ghee/Olive oil 5ml

Egg 2 piece

Egg whites 2piece

Method

Step 1

Heat the pressure cooker for - mins

Step 2

Add ghee/olive oil

Step 3

Add Green Vegetables and chicken and let it fry

Step 4

Add pinch of turmeric power and salt to taste

Step 5

Stirr in an intervals of - mins in low to medium flame

Step 6

When the chicken is half fried break raw eggs

Step 7

Stirr till the eggs are well cooked

Step 8

Now add soaked rice and mix dal

Step 9

Add water, own measure how you want the khichdi to be

Step 10

Close the lid of the pressure cooker and left it for - Whitshels

Step 11

Let the cooker cool and serve
