sabut dhaniya/ coriander seeds few
peppercorn 4 pcs
green chilli 2
salt as per taste
turmeric powder
sabji masala just for taste
soak moong dal for minimum hours
grind it in coarse paste
add all the ingredients mentioned above expect ghee
heat the appe pan. pour with the help of spoon or if doing with hand just wet the hand with water do that paste doesn't sticks.
flip it in between and add ghee with help of brush
