chicken 200 gm

Mushroom 100 gm

Green peas 25 gm

onion 1 medium

tomato 1 medium

ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon

ghee 10 gm

salt,red chilli powder,turmeric,corainder powder,kitchen king masala

Method

Step 1

Mushroom matar Add ghee to a pan followed by finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown Add ginger garlic paste and cook for mins Add chopped tomatoes and cook for mins add spices mentioned above Add half cup water and cover with a lid and cook for mjns Add mushroom & peas and cook for mins.

Step 2

For Piri Piri chicken Add ghee to a non stick pan and place the chicken cubes in the pan. cook for - mins and put the flame off. add piri piri masala and mix it well

Step 3

Serve with Steamed rice
