Lemon juice

Ghee 10 grams
Mixed vegetables 1 cup( I used carrot and green peas frozen)
Green chili 1
Pepper powder 1 pinch (optional)
Coriander powder 1 tsp(optional)
Turmeric 1 pinch
Heat ghee in a pan add tempering, hing and let it splutter now add chopped vegetables
Sauté it and let it cook for few minutes add salt and turmeric
Now add the washed and rinsed rice and fry for a minute
Add water and let it cook until all the water evaporates
Mean while squeeze lemon and collect juice in a bowl
After the rice cooked and no water remaining add the lemon juice and have it enjoy the easy healthy recipe...!
