corn flour 1 tsp
soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Schezwan sauce 1 tsp
capsicum 1
onion 1
carrot 1/2
oil 10 gm

take minced chicken in a bowl add salt, oregano, jeera powder, / finely chopped onion and garlic and egg whites
mix it properly and keep aside for minutes
wet ur palm make equal size of meat balls and fry it in airfryer or u can shallow fry it or evn bake
in a pan add oil add / onion, capsicum and carrot
fry it for - minutes then add salt and soy sauce
mix it properly add Schezwan sauce and meat balls. give it all a good mix and.let it boil for minutes
add corn flour and water slurry and boil till the thickness of sauce u want
garnish with spring onions and coriander
