chicken breast 100gm

peeled potato 80 gm

fresh lemon juice (as per taste, i added 1 medium)

mint

salt, kitchen king, black pepper, garam masala

olive oil 3 gm

garlic 2 cloves

Method

Step 1

cut the chicken and potatoes in pieces

Step 2

mix all the ingredients in an oven safe dish

Step 3

you can marinate overnight. I cooked right away

Step 4

pre heat the oven on C for mins

Step 5

put the tray in the oven for mins

Step 6

mix times in between so that the lemon juice is absorbed evenly

Step 7

after mins, increase the temprature to C and keep for another mins

Step 8

cooking time may vary for everyone depending on the size of chicken and potatoes

Step 9

mix well again and serve warm
