Butter/Ghee - 5 gm
Veggies(As per Choice), I added tomato, onion, carrot, Green Capsicum
Spices : Namak, Red Mirch Powder, Haldi, Garam Masala, Mustard Seeds
Soak Poha in water for - mins
Drain out all the water
Soak Soya Granules in water
Add Ghee/butter in utensil
Add / teaspoon of Mustard seeds
Add all the chopped vegetables
Add chopped onion and roast for - mins
Add all other chopped vegetables and spices and roast for - mins
Drain out water from soya granules and add it
Roast the mixture for - mins
Add dried out Poha and mix everything for - mins
Tasty Poha is ready. You can add lemon also as per your taste.
